We ship worldwide! Orders are shipped via Cyprus Post or TNT. Once in your country, final delivery is by your in-country postal service. Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of weight, volume and destination.

FREE DELIVERY
Orders above €50 will be delivered free of charge using our economy register delivery method.

ECONOMY REGISTER DELIVERY
Standard orders are sent via Cyprus Post First Class Service and can take between 10 days to 5 weeks depending on the final destination and your in-country postal service. Online tracking for this service can be slow to be updated, and in many cases the consignment is delivered before the tracking info is updated.

EMS DATAPOST DELIVERY
EMS Datapost service takes 5 days to 2 weeks. This service is ideal for sending orders rapidly and safely at very low prices. Consignments receive priority customs clearance and delivery. You can track your consignment from despatch to receipt on the EMS Datapost Track & Trace website.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express orders are sent via TNT Express and take between 2 days to 1 week. You can trace your consignment on the TNT Track & Trace website from despatch to receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTE
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, DEFAPE reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs incurred related to the return of the undelivered consignment.

PAYPAL
We accept PayPal payments via our website; payments processed using PayPal will be charged immediately. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means you can complete your payment first, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

BANK/WIRE TRANSFER
To pay via bank/wire transfer, on checkout tick the appropriate box and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with all our bank details. Any additional bank fees that may apply are solely your responsibility. The order number must be noted on the bank/wire transfer in order to ensure the correct payment completion of your order.

CUSTOM & TAXES

EU COUNTRIES
We are obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to any EU country. The prices detailed on this website include Cyprus VAT @19%.
If you are VAT registered in an EU country and have a valid VAT registration number, you may submit that VAT registration number when ordering. DEFAPE picks up your VAT registration number as part of registration. If you need to add or delete VAT registration numbers, log in and visit the ‘VAT Number’ page in the ‘My Account’ section of this website.

OTHER COUNTRIES
All orders placed for delivery to Non-EU countries are shipped free of Cyprus VAT. In general, all consignments are subject to local import duties in the destination country, and these costs are solely your responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DEFAPE will Return and Exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. DEFAPE quality control assures that all products are checked for flaws before shipment. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify DEFAPE of any problems with 48 hours.

DAMAGE
If package is damaged upon delivery/receipt, immediately notify the carrier – detailing the condition of the package. Be sure to sign the damage notification advice. If you discover damage after opening the package, notify us immediately.

NON-RECEIPT
You must make prior arrangements with the carrier if you will not be available to receive and sign for the consignment. DEFAPE is not responsible for the consignment if the carrier verifies it as delivered to the specified address, but you did not personally receive it.

APPLICATION PROBLEMS
If you are having application problems, reapply the vinyl onto the backing liner and immediately contact our customer service team for assistance and resolution. DO NOT discard the product, as our return authorisation or refund process requires images of product and/or installation. Returns or refunds cannot be authorised without documented evidence or actual product return.

REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event of a missing or defective component of an order, DEFAPE will replace or exchange a product once the situation has been verified by a company representative. Customers must check package contents upon receipt and notify DEFAPE of any problems within 48 hours.

ORDER STATUS

To check your Order Status, log in and visit the ‘My Orders’ page in the ‘My Account’ section of this website. Here you will find updated tracking information as it becomes available. Orders without tracking information may require more time to process.

If your order does not appear in your account, it may have been a guest checkout, phone or offline order. You will still be able to trace your order using your unique tracking number.

DELAYED DELIVERY
There are many reasons why an order may be delayed. Here are the most common ones:
– Delay caused by customs
– Difficult access to the property
– Weather conditions
– The delivery address is a Postal Office or Box Number
– Failed delivery attempts

If you cannot trace your order or you notice unusual statuses in the tracking system, report it to us as soon as possible and we will assist you in finding out why your consignment has been delayed.

At our Online store foreign currency for non-EU currency amounts displayed are estimates provided for general information purposes only.

PAYMENT & CURRENCY
All orders are charged when you click ‘Place Order’. All transactions on our website are calculated in Euro (€) even when using our website’s currency converter. Please review your financial institution’s policies when making purchases in Euro as there may be extra charges incurred for the transaction. In the unfortunate event that a credit will need to be issued it also will be calculated in Euro. Return currency conversion will also be calculated at the current currency rate and may vary from the original local currency paid.
